Contact details you provide — name, email address, and optionally company name, when you start a conversation with our assistant.
Conversation content — the messages you exchange with our AI assistant.
Technical signals — basic browser and device information (such as browser type, language, timezone, and referrer) used to provide context for your inquiry.

3. How we use it

To understand your inquiry and assess whether there is a fit for working together.
To contact you about your inquiry, if you asked us to.
To improve the quality of our website and assistant.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

Conversations with our assistant are processed by a large language model running on Cloudflare Workers AI infrastructure. Your messages are used to generate responses and an internal summary of your inquiry. They are not used to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site:

Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and AI processing.
Resend — delivery of inquiry notification emails to our team.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention

Inquiry details and conversation summaries are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Email vj@vdrtech.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.
